Justin Bieber having Back Injury. Sydney concert to be postponed? no way!

Aussie beliebers face an anxious wait as Justin Bieber has treatment for a back injury, which could force him to postpone or delay his sold-out Sydney concert tonight.

Justin was advised not to go ahead with his opening show in Brisbane on Tuesday after injuring his back wake-boarding in Bali last weekend.

He arrived in Brisbane by private jet just 90 minutes before he was due on stage after delaying his departure from Bali to rest up.

“Crazy 24 hours of travel… back is messed up… but we are smiling. We finally made it. AUSTRALIA we are here”, Bieber posted on his twitter account after his plane landed.

A doctor and chiropractor inspected him before the show and reportedly advised Bieber not to go ahead with the concert, which features several complex dance sequences.

Despite the advice of medical experts Bieber was determined the show go on.

“Gonna rest up… back is killing”. he tweeted.

A spokesperson for Frontier Touring said they will await the advice of Bieber’s minders regarding his condition and whether his Sydney shows tonight and tomorrow would go ahead

And now he tweeted : "I dont cancel...In route to Sydney!! THE SHOW IS ON!! I dont let my fans down! LEGGO!! #myworldtour"

The nominees for the 2011 CMT Music Awards are out, and it seems that there’s no awards show Justin Bieber won’t be nominated for.

JB managed to grab a CMT nomination for his collaboration with Rascal Flatts on the reworked version of “That Should Be Me.” He’s up against Jason Aldean with Kelly Clarkson for “Don’t You Wanna Stay,” Kid Rock featuring Sheryl Crow for “Collide,” Aaron Lewis featuring George Jones and Charlie Daniels for “Country Boy” and Loretta Lynn, Miranda Lambert and Sheryl Crow for “Coal Miner’s Daughter” in the Collaborative Video of the Year category.

Taylor Swift got three nominations for her video for “Mine”: She’s up for Best Web Video of the Year (for her performance at her Speak Now album-release party), Female Video of the Year and Video of the Year.

Zac Efron Loves the Lakers & Kobe Bryant

Zac Efron makes his way into the Staples Center on Tuesday (April 26) in Los Angeles.

The 23-year-old actor watched the L.A. Lakers take on the New Orleans Hornets in Game 5 of the playoff series.

Zac proudly wore a yellow shirt with Lakers star Kobe Bryant’s face on it, as well as a Stand Up to Cancersweater.

Late last month, Zac got trampled on by Kobe when the NBA player tried to save a ball from going out of bounds.

Fashion on the Fly: Demi Lovato Hits Up Chicago Over Easter Weekend

Following her release from a treatment center, Demi Lovato is back at it with cameras seeming to follow her every move. 

The singer/actress was seen arriving at LAX airport in Los Angeles on Saturday en route to Chicago, munching on an apple and waiting for her luggage. In one week, Lovato not only revealed that she was quitting her Disney show Sonny with a Chance but she also announced that while in treatment, she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Lovato tweeted a slew of inspiring messages over the holiday weekend, writing to her followers:

“Thank you all SO much from the BOTTOM OF MY HEART. … Let’s bring awareness to eating disorders, self-harm, bullying and bipolar disorder. … I’ve never been this healthy and happy in my life… I wish the same for ALL OF YOU!!!”

The Disney star later wrote “Happy Easter” followed by this message:

“I’m so proud of so many young and older women taking their own problems seriously and seeking help for their own issues. … NEVER be ashamed of your problems… Your body… Yourself… YOU are worth LIFE.”

The teen heartthrob sent out a tweet that implied that he might be touring with the embattled R&B star while in Australia. On his Twitter, Bieber attached a video of him and Brown’s song “Next 2 You,” and wrote:
